Swire Properties

Swire Properties USA, one of the largest property companies in Miami, contacted us to do a full UX/UI redesign of their new website, including directing the new photographic content. After a year-long research and creative process, we understood the scope of the project and its goals - a fast and modern website. Our concept, based on scale, modernity, and elegance, was reflected in the fully responsive website that exhibited their message while bringing a modern feel to their brand. This was accomplished by introducing a new and accessible colour palette, inspired by Swire Group's original colours, and introducing a more "Miami" vibe and a new type pairing. In order to balance the pre-existing photography and video, we directed a photo-shoot of more detailed and specific imagery that focused on textures, architectural details, and unique angles with photographer Christian Santiago. A new set of illustrations inspired by the unique lines of Swire Properties' portfolio helped tie the new look together.

Pour créer un équilibre avec le contenu visuel préexistant, nous avons dirigé une séance photo qui se concentrait sur les textures, les détails architecturaux et les angles uniques de leur propriétés, avec le photographe Christian Santiago. Un nouvel ensemble d'illustrations, inspiré des lignes uniques du portfolio de Swire Properties, a contribué à unifier le projet.
